Therapy with me isn’t rushed or clinical.

Each session lasts around 1 hour and 20 minutes, because deep emotional work needs space.

 

I aim for you to feel grounded when you arrive and held when you leave. This extra time creates room to breathe, reflect, and end without pressure — which is especially important for those dealing with anxiety or emotional overload.
