Is this you?
If you are like most of my clients, I'm certain that you are feeling tired and frustrated with your anxiety and depression. You are unable to understand why it is so challenging to live with it and why it doesn't go away. Instead, it actually seems to get worse over time.

Maybe you are someone that does everything you are supposed to, but anxiety is still in charge of you and your life. Sometimes you can`t shake it off and anxiety always gets the better of you.
This is what happens when you don't have the tools to help you when you need them.
I know you just want to get rid of it, I can relate.
Anxiety is the symptom, not the problem!!
I realised the most powerful way to get rid of unhealthy anxiety is to look at the root cause of it, embrace it, accept it and change your relationship with that unhealthy, stubborn anxiety and what is behind it.
That`s why I have created my own THERAPY METHOD that is tailored catered for each one of my clients. I use to help my clients to return to their life and stop anxiety from getting them stuck and feeling frustrated.
You are not ALONE here!
However, anxiety is a natural emotion response to a stressful, challenging or dangerous situation and is there to protect you or give you that push you need when it happens, but it soon fades away.
What you need to pay attention to, is try to notice what kind of anxiety it is. If it is a normal anxiety or unhealthy anxiety. Unhealthy anxiety can paralyse you, stay for a long period of time, slow you down, make you overthink, sometimes obsess or worry too much, affect your body physically and stop you from living your life.
However, persistent anxiety is a symptom, not the problem.
The key to overcoming unhealthy anxiety is to look at its root cause, embrace it, accept it, and change your relationship with it.

You feel it—an urge for something more. More clarity. More purpose. More alignment with the life you know you're meant to live.
Yet, every time you think about taking the next step, doubts creep in: "Is this for me?"

It's not just hesitation—it’s the weight of old patterns, deep-seated fears, and the unconscious need to stay in the familiar. The mind craves certainty.
The past echoes in the present. But what if transformation didn’t have to feel so overwhelming?

What if you could untangle these inner conflicts, understand what’s holding you back, and step forward—not with forced confidence, but with real, grounded certainty?

This is the work we do. We go beneath the surface, beyond mindset shifts, and into the roots of your patterns.
Because lasting change doesn’t come from forcing yourself forward—it comes from truly understanding why you feel stuck in the first place. And once you do, everything shifts.
Here is how it will the start!.

My experience with Anxiety and Depression

My journey with anxiety and depression began over 13 years ago. I understand the destructive power of the mind, its impacts on the body, and the benefits of therapy in overcoming past traumas and life's greatest challenges.
My personal journey of self-discovery and healing was very challenging, and there were many times I felt like giving up.
